Beatrice Board of Education sets School and Community Committee Meetings

The School and Community Committee of the Beatrice Board of Education has planned informal listening sessions at each of the school buildings.  The committee's goal is to open the lines of communication between the staff, parents and patrons of the district. We invite you to stop by for a few minutes, the entire hour, or whatever time your schedule may allow and participate in our informal meeting.  Please feel free to attend any or all of the scheduled meetings.

October 3, 12 - 1:15 pm, Middle School Media Center
November 7, 11:45 - 1 pm, Middle School Media Center
January 9, 11:45 - 1 pm, Cedar Elementary Library
February 6, 11:45 - 1 pm, Paddock Lane Elementary Library
March 6, 11:55 - 1 pm, Lincoln Elementary Library
April 10, 11:30 - 1 pm, High School Media Center

We would also like to offer all interested parties the option of purchasing a lunch from the cafeteria.  We need to have lunch ordered from the building site you will be attending at least a day prior to the meeting.  We would also welcome any "brown baggers."

Meeting format:
Board Topics - 15 minutes, Staff and Community Topics - 20 minutes, Building Educational Topics - 25 minutes
