Community Thanksgiving Dinner

The Salvation Army Community Thanksgiving Dinner is free and open to the public, at 624 Market Street, from 11 am - 1 pm on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27.

Those who wish to volunteer can do so by calling 402-223-3341.  Volunteers can help with an assortment of things from delivering food to those that are shut-in, serving food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables and helping with cleanup afterward.

The day after Thanksgiving, November 28, the Salvation Army's next big event - "Fill the Truck" - begins. Fill the truck is a two week toy drive at Walmart.  Inside each door there will be a barrel where toys can be dropped off 24 hours.
