Fishing Program

Fishing program slated for May 19

Andrea Faas of the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission will be certifying adults to be volunteer fishing instructors for Nebraska’s Youth Fishing program May 19 at the Beatrice Public Library.

The certification workshop will be held from 6 p.m.-8 p.m.

The training is free but pre-registration is required for any adult who is interested in learning how to put on fishing programs, derbies ore club activities for kids and families.
