Flowing Stone Art Gallery Presents The Nolan Tredway Art Show and Reception

The Flowing Stone Art Gallery in Beatrice is proud to present the newest work by artist Nolan Tredway. This event is free and open to the public. Opening weekend hours: Friday Oct. 17th 12-9pm (meet the artist from 6-9pm.) Saturday Oct 18th 12-9pm (meet the artist from 12-3pm) Nolan?s work will be on display at the gallery through November every Friday & Saturday 12-5pm. Nolan Tredway is a native Nebraskan artist living and working in Lincoln. Nolan studied art at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with additional courses from the Foundation Ortega y Gasset in Toledo, Spain. He is currently the co-director of Tugboat Gallery and runs his own studio/gallery in Lincoln. His work has earned the Ida M. Vreeland Award, Nebraska Arts Council Individual Fellowship Award, and the Nebraska Governor's Residence Award. While primarily a painter and filmmaker, he works in a variety of media from T-shirt to toy design. He is the creator of the marionette short film series, Milk, which has been shown nationally, and his paintings have been exhibited internationally. You can see more of his work at nolantredway.com.
