Ice Sculpture Carving

A unique program will take place at Homestead National Monument of America on Sunday, December 8 at the Education Center.

From 12 pm to 2 pm an ice sculpting artist will create a sculpture.  At 2 pm, Nebraska Humanities speaker Richard Kimbrough will present "Holidays Here and There" at the Education Center.

Homestead National Monument of America is a unit of the National Park Service located four miles west of Beatrice.  Hours of operation are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday and 9 am to 5 pm Saturday and Sunday.  Admission is free of charge.
