14th Annual Miracle Miles for Kids Walkathon

Award Ceremony at 11:30 am

The walkathon is three miles, or however far you can walk.  The day's event will include refreshments, door prizes, and entertainment and is hosted by American Legion Post #27 and American Legion Auxiliary Unit #27.  Post #27 is one of 14,000 community-based posts who developed this event to help raise funds for Children's Miracle Ntwork affiliated children's hospitals, which includes Children's Hospital of Omaha.  

Those interested in Miracle Mile for Kids Walkathon can pick up a registration form at the Veteran's Club in Beatrice at 701 Dorsey.  Marian Melcher and Verneal Dodge are serving as Co-Children and Youth chairmen for 2014.  Call Marian at 402-239-0746 for additional information or forms.
