Heritage preservation includes more than saving old buildings.  While it can also include sites and culture, Mark Engler will highilight another aspect that is frequently taken for granted on the plains:  the view.  This is an opportunity to hear about the viewshed as an important aspect of homestead history and something worth preserving.
