Keynote Speaker: Dr. Barry Flinchbaugh
Dr. Flinchbaugh is an award winning professor of Agricultural Economics at Kansas State University. He represents the agricultural community through his active participation in the development of U.S. agricultural policy. A native of York, Pennsylvania, he holds degrees from Penn State University and Purdue University. His service on numerous national task forces, boards of directors, and advisory groups has allowed him to provide input on domestic food and agriculture policy.
