BCC to host Rally for the Cure

The Beatrice Country Club will host its fifth annual Rally for the Cure golf tournament Thursday, June 21.
The event, which is a fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, helps publicize breast cancer awareness.
A field of 100 golfers is expected for the event, which will be a four-woman Texas scramble. Entry fee is $65 per player or $260 per team.
Local event organizers are Julie Runcie, Nancy Baker, Deb Fox, Trudy Roche, and Kathy Villafane.
