Gage County offering emergency response training course

Members of the public wanting to learn how to care for themselves, their family, and the community during a disaster are encouraged to participate in Community Emergency Response Teams.

It is offered June 1-3. June 1st- 6 to 9 pm; June 2nd- 9 am to 5 pm; and June 3rd- 11 am to 5 pm.

This training is offered for free by way of the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security Citizen Corps funding to Nebraska Emergency Management Agency and the local "Point of Contact" for Citizen Corps: Volunteer Partners of Lincoln.
